Lingvano’s mission is to break down language barriers and build bridges between Deaf and hearing people. The way we do that is by creating easy-to-use Sign Language courses for real-life situations.
To help us to connect more people to their Deaf relatives, friends or neighbors, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will take on a leading role in growing our user base in the U.S. and Canada. Your future tasks.
- Own existing user acquisition channels (ASO, PPC, Social …) and identify, explore and prioritize new opportunities to sustainably grow our user base in the U.S. and Canada.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to make sure that all marketing initiatives are fully integrated and provide a consistent brand experience for our learners.
- Manage performance metrics (LTV, CAC, etc.) to make data-driven decisions that fuel growth and brand recognition.
Who you are.
- Culturally sensitive marketer with at least 3 years of experience in driving user growth in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent storyteller with the ability to create highly engaging creatives and text copies.
- On the pulse of American culture and the latest social trends.
- Strategic thinker and excellent communicator, who loves both the creative and analytical aspects of the job.
- Outstanding English language skills (C2).
- Customer-focused and a true desire to spend your time making a difference.
What makes you exceptional.
- Fluency in multiple languages, preferably Sign Languages.
- 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing in a B2C, ed-tech, and mobile-first company.
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Extensive track record of exceptional problem solving- and project management skills.

This position is intended to be permanent with 40 hours per week. Start immediately.
The gross minimum salary based on 40 hours per week is € 40,000 per year. Depending on your qualifications and experience, a higher salary is very likely.
